There is no better workout experience than a 1-on-1 OR 2-on-1 Training session where you will get the personal attention and coaching you need to succeed at your goals. Your one hour session will include a mixture of boxing, core conditioning, strength and endurance training that will give you a full body workout like no other. Your session can be used for overall fitness, or for those interested in learning the sport of boxing you will work on technique, footwork and sparring that will get yo into tip-top fighting shape! Our private training sessions can also be customized to your needs and preferences. We can cater to solely boxing, weight training, sport conditioning or a mix. We can work with individuals, pairs or groups.
